You have been subscribed to a public bug: ..when starting up X, it just doesn't work. After a time I use X the scrolling starts working. I managed to get it work once after like 3 seconds, I was tapping at the upper right corner, seems that turns it on (sometimes, or just coincidence). Option "Protocol" "auto-dev" Option "SHMConfig" "on" Option "RightEdge" "5980" Option "BottomEdge" "4300" Option "CircularScrolling" "1" Option "RTCornerButton" "3" Option "RBCornerButton" "2" Option "CircScrollTrigger" "3" this is what I use, I can live with it but someone may have a clue. Just for info, there is a new driver (0.14) available with many new features, upgrade is actually recommended. (I use the hoary version)
