Both fglrx-core and fglrx-updates-core should Provides: opencl-icd as they both 
ship /etc/OpenCL/vendors/*.icd.

** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 1129409
   Nvidia and AMD graphics drivers should indicate whether they provide 
libcuda.so.1, libOpenCL.so.1, etc.
