This BIOS upgrade implements 5th-Generation Intel Core Processors code, supports ASUS USB 3.1 PCIE add-on card and support NVMe, and doesn't seem to improve overall stability. I believe it is unlikely this upgrade will solve my problem, but I will install it, nevertheless...
