Public bug reported:

Please sync libxaw 2:1.0.13-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release
No delta in Ubuntu (the new upstream release was just imported).

Changelog entries since current wily version 2:1.0.13-0ubuntu1:

libxaw (2:1.0.13-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Let uscan verify tarball signatures.
  * New upstream release.
  * Drop override_dh_auto_install, I don't think it's necessary with just one
    Xaw variant.
