Public bug reported:

I use Ubuntu GNOME 15.04 with privative AMD/ATI video driver (fglrx-
updates) for my Raedon HD5450 video card. I just opened a hi-res video
file (MP4 1920x1080 60fps) using GNOME Videos (Totem) application.
Framerate was pretty slow and has no sound (although video file has
sound). I opened the same file on another PC with Windows 7 and
evertything was fine (there's not a file problem).
