I have the Dell XPS 13 2015 (Dev edition) and this annoying bug happends to me. I realize the problem only in Chrombe Beta (not in normal chrome) and appart of the mause problem I have the keyboard problem. Sometimes after press a key it continues like it was pressed until press another key.
I disable and enabled the mouse panel in the unity control center and the problem goes away.
