Evgeniy, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. A few issues were noticed: 1) You are not using a Trusty kernel series. The 3.2.x series is an artifact left over from Precise. 2) You are using a 32-bit OS. Upstream has de-emphasized support for 32-bit, in favor of 64-bit.
Hence, could you please reinstall with the 64-bit architecture of Trusty via http://releases.ubuntu.com/trusty/ and advise if this problem is reproducible? ** Tags added: bios-outdated-1.26 ** Changed in: xorg (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low ** Changed in: xorg (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1478284 Title: don't run xorg normal To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1478284/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
