I've downloaded your patch and applied it to the source code of `fglrx-updates-core` (or `fglrx-installer`) and created deb's file from the patched source code. I got 4 deb files and installed them and.. it works! Thanks for this patch :) But now I have to freeze `fglrx-updates` and `fglrx-updates-core` because apt wants to update them via upgrade/dist-upgrade and I have no idea why.
