I am also experiencing this bug on Ubuntu Gnome 15.10 after an upgrade from 15.04. To reproduce it, I logged in, opened up Google Chrome, and went to twitch.tv where I opened a full screen video. The X server crashes within a few seconds after. Non fullscreen video is fine. I have attached an Xorg log from a session like this.
I can also trigger an Xorg crash by switching to the virtual terminal (Ctrl+alt+f1). ** Attachment added: "Xorg log with crash" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/1500144/+attachment/4513667/+files/Xorg.1.log.old -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1500144 Title: Xorg crashed with SIGSEGV To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/1500144/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
