Public bug reported:

On a Samsung Ativ Book 9 Pro laptop, Ubuntu 15.10

Prior to login, the trackpad moves the cursor.
After login, the trackpad does not move the cursor. The touchscreen works as
expected for clicking and region-selecting.

I expected the trackpad and the touchscreen to work simultaneously.

An external USB mouse works normally before and after login.
