Same problem (for quite a while) on an Acer Aspire V 13, Ubuntu 15.04. Makes Nautilus++ almost completely unusable, QtCreator is also affected. Turning on and off the touchpad (Fn+F7, or through console or system settings) does not help. Restart helps, but the problem reoccurs every time after a little while. Does anyone know a fix to this?
