I am on a Dell XPS 13 9350 FullHD and I do have the Flicker under Kernel 4.4.0-18 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
I am a bit lost in all these comments, could someone tell me what patch I can try to see if one of your patches has affect on my setup?
