Public bug reported:

While watching a video in full screen, video freezes followed by audio
stopping, then display says "no signal."

The first time this happens the video will begin again about 10 seconds
later. However, when it happens again the display cannot be reactivated
without a reboot.

dmesg logs the above error message and the subsequent measures to
softreset the GPU. Error occurs at 615 seconds.

Graphics card is Radeon HD 7870.
