Do you have a integrated graphic card right? because Xorg.log said
"please increase your videoram memory..." , if is possible that you can
increase video memory and check again if this issue is still occurring?.
Additionally you can try to remove or backup your Xorg.conf file and
then reboot your computer, Ubuntu will create a new video configuration
automatically.
