I am sorry, but I can't find how to install that package.

I did:

$ sudo apt-get update

Hit:8 http://linux.dropbox.com/ubuntu xenial Release
Hit:9 http://linux.dropbox.com/ubuntu wily Release 
Reading package lists... Done                      


So clearly, -proposed is there.

And then:
$ sudo apt-get install mesa/xenial-proposed
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package mesa


What package exactly should I be looking for?
