I was involved in a touchpad issue for Logitech wireless
keyboard/touchpad combo devices where they used a debounce exception
rule with an odd name and the code that made it into the 1.10.6 sources
for cosmic needs work so be careful what you wish for.

Latest upstream code relabels the function, for clarity, and removes
duplication in the "quirk" exception handler.
