Thanks Diego for the information, I also got the feeling that the bug is linked to logind waiting for something from the network or usb (not sure).
I also wanted to add that this bug cause another annoyance : while I plug a USB storage key in, the system is blocked for a while : I can move the mouse, or change console, but I cannot click, change window, scroll, change workspace… until few minutes (duration vary).
