At a minimum, we need:
1. The specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the 
problem.
2. The behavior you expected.
3. The behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).

You've reported this bug against Xorg so is it video/glitch-on-screen?
but also have "system will not connect after opening browser" which
makes me think of network issues,  Currently I feel it's unclear what
your issue is, so please clarify.

I've marked this bug report as Incomplete, once you've provided the
requested detail - please change status back to "New".  If you believe
I'm in error, leave a comment explaining why, and you can change it back
to "New" too.
