Hi Daniel, thanks for your support. 1) The /var/crash directory is empty. 2) The last whoopsie problem was reported on March 27th and is most likely from the Ubuntu 19.10 system on the same machine. 3) The /etc/apport/crashdb.conf for focal fossa does not include the "problem_types" statement. So there's nothing I can comment out.
Any other things I can do? I have some spare time these days, so I'm willing to do, whatever it takes.
