Weird. The XorgLog shows that HDMI is talking to the wrong driver so I assumed that meant it is plugged into the wrong GPU...
Does your computer not have multiple HDMI ports? If not then it looks like there's a problem with how the Nvidia driver is installed here. - or - The modeset driver might be refusing high bandwidth modes prematurely?
