Public bug reported: When I'm scrolling a page in Firefox, I experience some screen tearing. It's also obvious while playing fullscreen videos on Youtube. P.S. I also tested it with this website: https://www.vsynctester.com/ and also this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RvIbVmCOxg (while playing in 60fps)
