I tried three times to follow the backtrace instructions given in your
wiki link, but it appears my computer cannot contact the keyserver:
mich...@michael-vbox:~$ gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-key

I'm in Karmic Beta 64-bit, running as a vbox client under 64-bit Vista
host.
