Another error state is monitors stay black with cooling fan(s) at normal slow speed. This has happened after the screens go dark from inactivity. Such as monitors in power saving mode. Press enter key, monitors stay dark. Again use reset switch on case to restart system. Do not recall this behavior before update to Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS. Good thing Chrome is good at recovering open tabs and windows. :).
