After upgrading from Kubuntu 9.04 to 9.10 the window decorations of kwin and the KDE panel show up distorted. There is just random "noise" on their place. I've deleted every KDE related config and cache file, but it didn't help. I've also booted the RC install CD, and saw that the window decorations are broken there too. I will attach a screenshot. Note that on the screenshot the panel looks OK, but in reality it is just like the window decoration around the terminal.
