For NVIDIA cards, use VDPAU. Most media players (if not all) have auto-
detection implemented and otherwise the settings can usually be changed
to force VDPAU. The message " Trying to open /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/dri/nvidia_drv_video.so" is harmless (and part of the probing).
There is nothing to fix.
