Wow! I just tried what "Mikael Honkala" said in comment #4: "replacing the contents of file /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/20thirdparty/10-wacom.fdi with that found at http://launchpadlibrarian.net/25262022/working.fdi enables also touch with proper calibration."
And it solved this for me! Ok, I find the touch'ing to be kind of... well... I need to press my finger a bit harder than I though was necessary, but it's fully working and proper calibrated.
