Public bug reported: At a single vertical position near the bottom of the screen, and at certain locations where there is a high contrast portion of the wallpaper image, placing the cursor over that site causes the screen to flash continuously. Change in the video driver does not correct it, changing the wallpaper image does not correct it, but rebooting into a different OS corrects the problem. This did not occur prior to the 24.04.1 upgrade.
