Looks like the problem may be with the Flutter layer. What other apps
are affected?
I'm wondering if Flutter apps need a custom Nvidia sleep workaround like
bug 1876632 is about. Although that would only matter if they're using
the discrete GPU by default, and they shouldn't be.
