Both 24.x and 25.x use the driver X/org. 24.x is fine with the X/org.
driver it is the 25.x that is also using the X/org. that is affected. At
times the 25.x gets so corroded the Terminal is impossible to use the
only place where the text remains stable is the Application launcher and
other pull down menus. It is when you enter to tweak something in the
pull down menus that the fading in and out text begins.
