libgl1-mesa-glx 22.0.5-0ubuntu0.3 is the newest version, according to
aptitude. Of course, aptitude also says "this is a transitional dummy
package, it may be safely removed", so I guess it had more relevance to
older versions of Ubuntu. Also, as I said, amber didn't do squat. When I
had amber installed, glxinfo used the so-called "driver" from
"LLVMPipe".

Here is the output of glxinfo, with mesa 24.0.5-1ubuntu1 installed.
