PROBLEM SOLVED with your #1 solution(rmmod fglrx; modprobe fglrx in
recovery mode) However i had to do a "hard shutdown" since the "shutdown
now" command kept returning me to the recovery mode menu. After a cold
boot i had all my graphics working correctly. Just to be sure i shutdown
my pc 5 times(from k menu) to see if the graphics were working correctly
and it did eveytimes so i guess my problem is solved. I don't know what
this command line is doing but it solved my problem. I wrote both
solutions you suggested to me so if the bug shows up again on future
Kubuntu versions i will know whre to look and what to do thanks to you
:)

Thank for all your efforts eveyone and thanks too for your patience.
Special thanks to Felix Kuehling who found the solution to my problem :)
