Okay, I think I did it. I install these packages: sudo aptitude install xserver-xorg-core-dbg sudo aptitude install libgl1-mesa-dri-dbg sudo aptitude install xserver-xorg-video-intel-dbg sudo aptitude install libdrm-intel1-dbg
Then I ran gdb as described, caused the session to crash by selecting "Change Desktop Background", and obtained the backtrace as posted in the attached file. Please let me know if this isn't what you were looking for. ** Attachment added: "gdb-Xorg2.txt" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/35110693/gdb-Xorg2.txt -- X crash https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/471844 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
