All right guys, I upgraded to 9.10. I can now witness the failure of the patch for my laptop to wake up successfully after suspend. I am on my self-build kernel 2.6.32-rc5.
Well, there might be some specifics in the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file Dave Arlie was using. I wonder, what was that? Tormod, please, let me know if are aware of it Thanks -- [RC410] Xpress 200M hangs when resuming from suspend with DRI (needs KMS) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/305301 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-ati in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
