Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati
After last xserver-xorg-video-ati update, X server doesn't restart (blank screen after ubuntu logo, no graphic login) Seems to be linked with ati vendor drivers. I reinstalled it with "sh ati-driver-installer-9-12-x86.x86_64.run" in recovery mode, and X server start again Please keep other drivers in place when update xserver-xorg-video-ati (check presence during package installation ?)
