Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati
Ubuntu normally shows an animated mouse pointer to indicate load (similar to the hour glass on Windows). On my Radeon Mobility x1400, this mouse pointer has some strange behaviour sometimes: it is shown for a fraction of a second and then it disappears completely. It is really problematic, since I don't see any mouse pointer unless GNOME switches back to the non-animated arrow pointer. This bug didn't occur in the beginning of my Karmic installation - so I think it emerged after an update one month ago. My system is running in a dual head configuration with Compiz. ** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-ati (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Animated mouse pointer disappears some times https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/514319 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-ati in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
