Hello,
I think I have the same bug, even though it should already be fixed. Maybe a
regression? I'm running karmic (updated from jaunty) on a dell inspiron 1501,
kernel 2.6.31-17-generic, fully updated. The cursor flickers heavily when the
system is busy - not mattering which "image" the cursors has (text, arrow,
spinning wheel). I first thought it is because I installed "unclutter", but I
have added the -noevents flag and it still happens. If I should open a new bug,
please let me know. But I have the impression it's the same bug as this one.
I am attaching the output of lspci -vvnn and the /var/log/Xorg.0.log.
Regards.
