The eviocgname message is innocuous - see bug #517316
Unfortunately apport-collect did not attach the files needed for
investigating this issue. Please reproduce the issue by removing the
Load "evdev" section from your xorg.conf, and then file a new bug via
the command "ubuntu-bug xorg" and we can take it from there.
