Me too. Had it in Jaunty as well; not every time. Curiously, when
switching to Twin View, the panels move to the secondary monitor. When I
reopen nvidia-settings they immediately switch back to the correct
monitor. I sound like I've gone off on a tangent, but bear with me. If
it does do this, my desktop theme is unaffected. On the occasions when
the above bug occurs, the panels don't shift. Oh and I don't have to
select my theme again, it changes back as soon as I open the Appearance
menu (except for the desktop icons, and nautilus).

I use Linux Mint Helena (essentially Karmic) 32bit; so it's not a 64bit
driver bug.
