You have been subscribed to a public bug: Every time I reboot, the screen resolution is 640*480 and cannot be increased, or (more common) it is set at 800*600; in this case it can be changed, but it is frustrating. It NEVER sets to 1024*768. When I set it manually to 1024*768, it changes, but I cannot save it to the X Configuration file.
