Well it's only happened twice and I don't remember what keystroke was recognized last the first time it happened, but the second time (when I filed this report) the keyboard stopped responding "mid-word" and the cursor just disappears.
Then I can get no cursor back at all, no mouse pointer, nothing. And the clock is stopped, but oddly Alt + SysReq + REISUB does work. Or at least the B causes it to reboot. Both times Firefox restores to the exact point where I'd left off typing so it "saves the session". -- Lucid X freezes while typing https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/532807 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
