I finally found the solution in the above problem. I have connected in graphic card my monitor and my tv also, which has different resolution.In monitor properties I had checked the option "same image in all monitors".When I unchecked this option the resolution settings allow me to choose the correct resolution and i put my tv right of my monitor. Everything is fine now.
