Please subscribe to the upstream bug report (i.e. register to get a user and add yourself to the CC field) so that you may get any updates and answer any questions that the developers might have. Also, if you think there is some information that I failed to mention, you can add a comment there.
I'm attaching the output of intel_error_decode, which decodes the i915_error_state file to a more human readable format.
