  Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

This happened after upgrading my system from karmic to lucid.

I can't use my external monitor at full resolution (1920x1080) the
maximal available resolution is 800x600 :-S.

  k...@kedz:~$ xrandr

but, in xorg log i can see my monitor proper resultion:
  (II) intel(0): Modeline "1920x1080"x0.0 148.50 1920 2008 2052 2200 1080
1084 1089 1125 +hsync -vsync (67.5 kHz)
and there is a weird message:
(II) intel(0): Not using default mode "1920x1080" (monitor doesn't support
reduced blanking)
What is this? can't i force somehow to use this mode?

Btw, i tried an another monitor, (its an older LCD panel, and i can use its
maximal resolution 1680x1050)....
And the weird thing is everything worked fine before update to lucid...

When i booting up my machine with connected external monitor, it is not
usable too, monitor says "invalid hsync value" :-S
(i use encrypted rootfs i havent tried the booting without splash... i'll try
it...)

I'm not sure about whether its a xserver-xorg-video-intel problem, maybe
it is some DRM/kernel related issue...
