this bug is also present in lucid beta 1 (plus all updates) amd64 on a HP Compaq CQ20. Steps to reproduce: log in, run a few apps (gvim, firefox), close lid (power settings: suspend), and then open. voila: a login prompt instead of screen lock prompt. /jesse
