After remove nvidia-current package and reboot GL applications worked:

# LC_ALL=C apt-get remove nvidia-current

update-alternatives: using /usr/lib/mesa/ld.so.conf to provide 
/etc/ld.so.conf.d/GL.conf (gl_conf) in auto mode.
Processing triggers for libc-bin ...
ldconfig deferred processing now taking place
Processing triggers for man-db ...


I wonder why with the upgrade this package was installed - I haven't had and I 
don't have any NVidia hardware on this PC and I haven't install this package 
manually.
I've get what was wrong by getting: 'lsof -n | grep libGL'. There were many 
applications which used /usr/lib/nvidia/libGL... libraries instead of the Mesa 
ones.
