Ayla, please disregard Paul Broadhead's comment. (1) You did indeed report this bug against a package originally, but (2) software-center was not the appropriate package, and (3) you couldn't have used "Help" > "Report a Bug" as he suggested since the whole graphical display had crashed.
When the graphical display does crash, it's usually a problem with the xorg package or with the particular graphics driver you're using, so I'm moving this report to "xorg" to start with. If you can reproduce the problem frequently, as a QA veteran you may be able to chew through our instructions on debugging it. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingXorg> Best of luck, and thanks for helping. ** Package changed: software-center (Ubuntu) => xorg (Ubuntu) -- 3rd crash while being dumb playing solitaire ... seems to be in the drag and drop process. Jumps to a terminal login. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/517375 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
