No, greedy migration is a really crude way to address performance
issues.  It basically prevents a bunch of performance optimization
stuff, and while in your particular case that may actually *help* your
performance, for pretty much everyone else that is not seeing this issue
it'll hurt.  So not something we're going to consider.

And btw, never use glxgears when reporting performance bugs.
