Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

Hello,

I have been trying to make this work but for some reasons I can't. I had
to install the latest 2.6.33 kernel in order to solve some issues with
the i3 and also to support the TRIM on ssd.

The motherboard is a Gigabyte h57 with Clarkdale i3 processor (and on
board video). The TV it's an old TV Toshiba 42WLG66 which is max
resolution is 1080i.

I tried to force the ModeLine with a xorg.conf file but with same
results.

I know also that this "video card" is only supported with intel drivers
2.10 and even better with the latest ones 2.11. Currently Ubuntu
delivers 2.9 ones. I tried a ppa package several times which broke my
all installation with no more LAN (so for a HDTV PC quite annoying:) )

Any idea or issue spotted?

Many thanks
XabiX
