1 Install procedure. 2 Ubuntu lucid (development branch) release 10.04 beta 2 3 I expected the installation of Ubuntu to detect my graphics chip (trident cyberblade xp) and install a suitable resolution screen (1400x1050). 4 An 800x600 screen 'default' driver was installed. Notes: 16MB graphics ram Computer is a Toshiba Tecra 8200 (1 GHz proc, 512MB RAM). Linux 'Puppy' picks it up fine at full res. The driver is called 'trident' and is in the installation.
