I'm having problems with my triple-head setup, but I'm not using intel drivers. I am using the Nvidia 173 driver with my two Geforce FX5200 cards. When I revert to the latest 9.10 kernel all problems cease. Could it be that there is a problem with how X is handling multi-head setups in the newer kernels as opposed to the video drivers?
